  : We had to switch to Sintra Bliss Hotel due to duplicatebooking of the appartment. Nice in the hotel was the bed, very comfortable and the breakfast was good.
  : We were disappointed that the appartment turn out to be double booked and that happened two months after we booked it. For us that is unreasonable and make us think the place is not trustworthy. The explanation was also insufficient and not convincing. Because we booked the place mainly for the parking we asked for a parking and they assured us there will be. When we arrived, however, that was not the case. The parking lot was full and the receptionist did not try to arrange a place only gave us an electronic ticket that would allow us to park on payed parking for free but in a very crowded city with too little parking spots.

  : We stayed at The Sintra Bliss apartment which was actually in the middle of the town rather than the ones which are next to the secure parking. This worked really well for us. We collected the keys from 'Henry' who went above and beyond actually accompanying us to the apartment and also to the secure car park. He always answered any questions promptly and efficiently and was always pleased to help. The apartment was far better than I had expected it to be and although there were a few niggles this did not spoil our time there and were reported to reception when we left and so have hopefully been acted upon. The apartment is just across the road from the train station but we were not disturbed by the noise of the trains as the bedrooms are at the back. The fact we had two bathrooms was helpful as we were a group of three. The apartment had everything that we needed for our stay and from there it was easy to reach everywhere we wanted to visit. It wasn't a problem for us but there were quite a few steps from the street to the apartment and then again once inside the apartment front door. We would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to others.
  : There was nothing really to dislike about the apartment.

  : The location is amazing! The apartment was really nice and as we expected. The girl at the Check in desk at the hotel was A+, so helpful, friendly and gave us some great info. Excellent customer service.
  : It was hard to find a parking space close to the hotel. You have to check in at a hotel first before making your way to the apartment. Even at the start of October Sintra is very busy.

  : Information and directions on Booking.com incorrect and misleading Was directed to a different apartment and no instructions that we had to collect the keys at Sintra Bliss hotel. We booked an apartment with parking but no parking was available. Dirty mugs and only three wine glasses for booking of four.

  : We extended for three more nights without having change the apartment. The front door is less than 20 meters to the train station.

  : The location was the best.
  : The bottom room in the B&W apartment smelt very mouldy. The smell was unpleasant to sleep in the room especially with a baby.

  : A/C. Quiet at night.
  : Musty smell throughout the apartment. Poorly laid out/ designed kitchen. Bathroom light only works on motion sensor. No shelves in the shower for soap, shampoo or razor. Very few basic supplies for kitchen.
