  : The building is beautiful and situated in stunning grounds. It was so peaceful. Our room was lovely and the room where you eat breakfast is so quaint and has gorgeous views.
  : Was a little tricky to find at first as there is no sign on the gate.a few hair bobbles around the pool that werent from current guests - could do with disposing of them.

  : The location was perfect. The accommodations were very "Tuscan". The property itself was beautiful landscaped and the pool looked so refreshing. If the weather would have been a little bit warmer, we would have loved to spend a day relaxing by the pool.
  : There was a huge language barrier. When we arrived we were told that someone would meet us to tour the property and go over the paperwork. A woman arrived however she was not the person we were to meet. We used google translate a lot to communicate. We made our reservation 6 months prior and forgot about the final payment. It was not until we arrived back in the States when we were contacted by the property owner regarding final payment. We were not able to use a credit card and I had to submit a wire transfer. Working for a bank, I knew all of the information that was needed for the wire transfer. I requested all of the information for the wire and had to go back and forth because some of the information was either missing or incorrect. They have been very patient with the process which is greatly appreciated. I would suggest that going forward they may want to send an email to the guests with instructions for final payment. The other suggestion would be to provide a print out of wiring instructions. I would recommend staying here and I would consider staying here again.
