  : The location is not ok. First of all, it is not actually in the Sinai resort, but a nearby neighbourhood, a densely circulated street with blocks of flat on the left side of the pension and a construction material warehouse on the right side.In the front of the pension is the main road to Dambovita/Targoviste, densely circulated by cars.When we saw it, we chose not to stay at all, it was so bad.   : The place is very pretty, built as an old house with an attic and a fire place.During the winter there is lots of heating and the wooden floors add to the atmosphere.The rooms are big.
  : No Air conditioningThe owner is an antipathetic person.We arrived at 2200 in the middle of August with 3 little kids (2,5,6) to the location only to find out that the owner left the place and only after 30 min. knocking, one of other residents opened the front door.We received the room number 6 on the 2 floor.All rooms have NO AIR CONDITIONING - during August it was impossible to stay during the day inside.We stayed for 3 nights, the breakfast was very poor and the same for all 3 mornings.The bed - the leather is peeling and the mattress was broken which caused me and my wife a backpain every morning - the owner did not care although all other rooms were empty.We asked for baby crib for our 2 year old - the owner said that I should change the reservation on booking.com - baby slept on the floor...The only time we saw the owners is when during checkout he came to ask for payment.There was a leak in our shower which caused a flood in the bathroom every shower - no solution although as I said all other rooms were empty 2/3 nights we stayed there.Half of the bulbs in the room were missing.Buttom line we had a terrible time there and I do not recommend Casa Natalia during Summer at all.... During winter is your decision.

  : The yard is magnificient: very large, green, clean, it has a nice playground for the kids, we admired a bunch of squirrels everyday, tables where you can eat/drink your coffee, campfire spot, it is a very good family relaxation area. The room was huge, we loved the attic windows and the terrace, comfy bed and pillows, the bathroom was clean and had all amenities. Breakfast was nice, continental style, you can also have it outside on the terrace. In the neighborhood there's plenty of shops and another 2 playgrounds. The villa is beautiful and well kept.
  : The sofa is very noisy and not comfy, we told the host and they put a second blanket under the sheets, but I highly recommend that they should just buy a new sofa. I don't think there is anything to be fixed. We came by train because our kids love trains. The location is ok only if you arrive by car.There is a bus station 3 min away if you come from Sinaia, but if you want to go to Sinaia the closest bus station is 10-15 min away on DN1, there is no sidewalk for the full trip and you also have to cross a footbridge, so it's not comfy if you have kids or strollers.

  : The location is great for traveling (not in the central part of Sinaia) with free parking that is needed in Romania... The staff was very nice.
  : For us, the beds were awful - the mattress was very hard, and we didn't get a good night, very needed, sleep.

  : Pros: - the hotel is located in a picturesque area. There is a large backyard with mountain view. Barbecue facilities and small children playground are also available. - we lived in room number 6 on the 2nd floor. The room is spacious and has a very convenient bed. Decorated in wooden style and had a big balcony.
  : The hotel representative Natalia (owners wife) displayed her utter disrespect to the tourists from Israel. She said she doesnt like tourists from Israel because they always leave the rooms dirty, have 3 children and often request additional towels to the room. She also said that her husband is usually deeply shocked when he sees on booking.com that any of the rooms in the hotel are booked by the tourists from Israel. The rest of the staff do not display a hint of respect to the guests at the hotel. They behave as if you are not the guest of the hotel and as if they do you a favor by allowing you to reside in the hotel. This place is dont match the level of a 4-star hotel! - There were constant disturbances with Wi-Fi connection, and the staff tried to assure me that they have no problem to connect to Wi-Fi. - The staff does not speak English, only Romanian, except for Natalia who speaks Russian. -After noon, the staff leaves the hotel, and it remains abandoned until the next morning, so you have nobody to address if you have any questions. - The breakfast is very poor and does not correspond to the level of 4-star hotel. - There is no air conditioning in the hotel. In our room was very hot. When I asked the staff to provide us at least with a fan, instead of it we received a recommendation to wait for an hour and will be colder... -There is no kettle in the room. You can take the hot water from their kitchen, but its not comfortable. - The water in the shower did not drain off well as it was clogged. -The TV remote controller and part of the light did not work. - The most shameful thing was the fact that once we left the hotel, the owners cancelled our stay on booking.com as if we did not stay in it at all. We assume it was done for us not to be able to write this review.
