  : Location is great. Can ride a shuttle to purgatory resort. Mattress is upper bedroom was comfortable.
  : Bottom bunk bed was broken. They didn't reach out to try and fix it until 4pm the night before we were leaving (2 days after they were notified). I didn't get the message bc we were off grid until later. But by then we had already rigged it ourselves because well we had to sleep there. They only left 1 Firestarter for a 4 night stay. The lighters they left were empty (thankfully we had one we use for camping in the car). Oven turns itself off, I am unclear why. But while cooking I kept coming back to an off oven. Finally stood over it to turn it back on. They only put out 2 small containers of shampoo and conditioner, for 7 people for 4 nights... so definitely bring your own. They at least left one dishwasher pod per day. 270 dollar cleaning fee and they want you to strip beds, take out garbage, start the laundry... it's crazy. I have moved away from using other rental platforms and didn't know this was a contracted vicasa listing or I probably wouldn't have booked it. I was not impressed with their customer service. After I booked I got a link and saw who it was through but nonrefundable so stuck... and then I started looking at the reviews and thought I would hope for the best. Sadly other reviews were right. It was warm and a good location but that's it. And the directions or lack thereof to find it was awful. Had to call the resort and they were looking at an old paper map trying to help me locate the right building. Finally found it after driving around in the dark for 45 min. Sigh. But again, location was good... just wish the bed hadn't been broken making my daughter's uncomfortable and miserable. Oh and it's not really 2 rooms. The master is an open loft above the living area. So there's really only one room and no way to put kids to bed and watch a movie or anything bc you can here everything. Should specify its an open loft.

  : The AC's were not working, they had a older TV that really didnt work to well. To many stairs from the outside to come in to the home when bringing in your luggage or grocery so we had to go to the back side but then again it was very small to back out your vehicle and also going upstairs to the bedroom bad knees.

  : no breakfast. the rooms were OK, but the oven didn't work, the blender pitcher was cracked, the towels were like sandpaper, the furniture was mostly odds and ends. The beds were comfy enough, but the rooms could certainly use ceiling fans. We had a very hard time getting into the room upon arrival - there were no instructions on where the keypad was located, we had been given 2 different codes - neither of which worked - and the room number was incorrect. (They added a "1" to it.) Ken, at the desk was most helpful, and actually overrode the code to let us in. I was told that it was a new listing - so the owners need to update their instructions as well as learn all the ins and outs of renting their condo.
  : no ceiling fans, rough towels, no rear access big enough to drive your car THROUGH to let out people who can't walk up 2 long flights of stairs, extremely small kitchen.

  : Old beds, old TV that did t work, the picture are outdated on the site. They didnt tell you the game room and pool was closed for COVID reasons and did t offer any discount. Definitely overpriced for what you get.

  : No Breakfast, Location was Beautiful, King Bed was amazing!!
  : The Jacuzzi tub did not work that was a disappointment, coffee pot did not work properly, need a new one. No ice in freezer, ice didn't work. Not enough towels. Had to buy 2 bundles of wood. Stocked the wood on our last night there.

  : Maser bedroom does not have any privacy. The master bedroom takes the second floor and its open to the downstairs. Also there is not door that can be locked. This place is not good if you want privacy and have kids. Cost per night was high

  : We loved the location, the views were spectacular. The kitchen was handy. The Jacuzzi was very nice.
  : The towels are very rough. Also we needed more towels and couldnt get any. The TV was hard to figure out. I didnt realize that there were two flights of stairs, And my husband and I are both over 70. The fireplace was wonderful but the fire didnt last long. I was not told that I had to notify you we checked out at 10 AM. We thought that that was part of the agreement to be out at 10 AM so did. I spoke to someone who didnt tell me what they were two flights of stairs. He knew there were one flight of stairs

  : stove didnt work very well, I have some issues connecting the tv,upstairs shower was very small other than that everything else was fine.
