  : Honking alarm all night in parking lot. Squeaky shower. Tv not in front of bed. Disinterested staff.

  : Hotel is in a good location. Nice hot tub and pool.
  : Breakfast is seriously lacking. The bread and bagel bags are thrown in a basket and EVERYONE reaches inside the bags to serve themselves. So that means you don't know who's unwashed hands are touching the bread or the bags. There was coffee 1 time during my scheduled 4 night stay (I left a day early.) Milk left out for hours, cereal containers left open, plain packs of oatmeal with no way to prepare them. Bruised oranges and stale donuts, they ere dry and hard. Whole "continental breakfast" was trash. The outside of the hotel doesn't look anything like the pictures. From the outside appearance, you'll do a double take because you are not sure it it is open. Hotel DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. Didn't receive housecleaning for 2 days. Went to front desk and reported it, instead front desk argued with me that they check doors at like 9am-9:30am BEFORE their designated Check-Out time. If you have a do not disturb sign on your door at that time, do not expect housekeeping at all.

  : The whole place was in disrepair no lift to get cases upstairs rooms were very dull we even had a tear in our sheets and the bathroom was really small
  : Being close to Outlet Shops and eating areas is about all I can say nothing else I liked
