  : Gorgeous view, outside of the chaos of center of town, modern, clean, spacious, air conditioned. It was perfect. The only challenge was a single bathroom for a family of 6, but that is not the fault of the property.

  : The suites appeared to be new and clean.
  : We checked in with friends and I think they mixed up our rooms. I didnt realize until later when I looked at the pictures of the rooms we booked, so we probably overpaid for the room we were given, as the room I booked was larger.

  : One small improvement, the bathtub is slippery so maybe add a mat or something

  : The location was very nice. The only problem is that it wasn't appearing right on the map and we had to wait quite a bit in the sun for the host to contact us. What we liked was the spaciousness and the cleanliness of the place. Also, the natural cool temperature of the room. The coffee machine was a nice plus, but it had to be moved in order to be able to make some coffee since I couldn't find any power outlet nearby. Overall, I think the location can really get a 9.5-10 in the future, but I think they are just starting out at the moment. This isn't too bad, but they can clearly improve some facilities using this feedback. That's our intention in sharing it. We rented the single room. I think the experience would change if we would be a family with several children though. I definitely think that for that particular case the experience would become somewhere between 9-10.
  : Since the other family that was accommodated in the bigger place had many children we couldn't really enjoy the view from the windows as we had to keep them with the shades on. Also, the noises could be heard pretty easily through the walls and we felt like there wasn't much in terms of privacy. Also, I would definitely recommend a group if you want to rent the place. The location and communication could be improved upon. When leaving, the host also didn't answer our calls so we had to leave the keys to one of the maids.
