  : Location is the best. Near the big lake with place to walk, a lot of green trees around. Moreover tranquility is everywhere. There are no many cars, few people, no pets... I recommend this facility.
  : It is sorry to say but there was one big inconvenient thing as common as in the other places like these. I thing about a bed. Instead of one big double bed with one big mattress there were two single beds connected together.. It made a big hole between them.. So bad....

  : The restaurant patio and lake view from from it was pretty and peaceful. Unfortunately, this was the only thing we thought was nice about this place.
  : Sorry to say, but were disappointed with the quality of our room. The linen had a funny smell and there were no extra blankets, pillows or towels or even hand towels. Only had 2 bath towels and they were different sizes. There was no soap or shampoo in the shower, nor a proper bath mat... the bathroom floor was soaked after each shower. The closet had random mismatched hangers. The balcony to our room was spider city. There were 2 glasses available but nothing else kitchen related. No tea or coffee available in the hotel unless you're at the restaurant. Do not recommend.

  : just a little too many spiders in the whole surrounding area. Opening the window was not very pleasant. However, spiders were present in all the gardens of the bars and restaurants in the area. to solve the bug problem they could have used some insecticide on the window and balcony of our room.

  : That day I traveled by business after a long and difficult day. I chose this hotel due to its close location to the airport and early morning wake up( about 3.30) and alive needs in good sleep. I checked in at 23:30, at check-in I noted very loud music, I asked the administrator (he was already drunk) - when the music would stop? (what time), - he answered at 12:00pm. I had a room on the second floor. The music was so loud and bits very heavy. At about 01.00 am I went down the stairs and asked once again the receptionist when they finish this party because I chose this place for rest and sleep only. He disappeared. I found the receptionist sitting with one of the guest (also drunk) who explained that he booked this party till 2.00 a.m. and he don't care about my problem. I asked to make sound at least 50 % less, BUT NOTHING!!!!! The hotel staff did nothing about my complaint, trying to behave to themself like they do not understand English or Ukrainian languages. The music stopped at 2.00 am and at 3.00 am I had to wake up and go to the airport. That night I did not sleep and the next day I was destroyed completely. If smb booked your place for a party in advance, do not allow booking your hotel, that is your responsibility as a hotel service provider to be sure that everything was taken into account. I did the booking of your hotel 6 hours before check-in and its went so fast! That was an awful hotel night in my life!!! And I take it very personally. Thank you so much!!! I hope this feedback to help somebody to take the right decision and save its nerves and rest. P.S. I did the video, but here not possible to upload this video NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL
