  : Great location. Wonderful pool. Nice to have 2 full bathrooms. And it had a beautiful view!
  : Blinds did not work. Extra furniture that wasnt needed. Odd lighting - red and blue lightbulbs.

  : Apartment E502 Our house on the beach 04/24. -05/08ProsGreat location for siesta key and turtle beaches and villages. Well kept surrounding areas of apartment blocks and swimming pool/bbq area. Great views from both outside balconies.
  : ConsMajor problem with the main slated floor to ceiling blinds in the lounge, which were clearly in need of mending or replacing.The dishwasher tablet compartment did not release the tablet during the washing cycle which needs rectifying.The toilet flush mechanism in the shower room needs attention, as the close valve constantly failed to close properly.These items need addressing to ensure a problem free stay for future guests.

  : The view was spectacular!
  : 502 was in need of update and repairs. Blinds in living room were missing multiple Lou res so you had no privacy at night. Stove needs replacing. mattress on all beds need replacing, they were so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The biggest disappointment was only having 1 key for 4 adults trying to do different things at different times during the day. You have to have a key to get into the building downstairs before you can get up to the room. This turned a leisure vacation into constant planning and scheduling. Check in time on website said 4:00pm. When we got to the office they told us check in was 4-6pm. We finally got into our room at 5:30pm. Would not use Beachside management again!

  : location location location! Right across from the beach was wonderful. It was the perfect size for our family as well. We loved having the balconies to sit out on and watch the sunset if we werent out and about.
  : second bedroom beds were a bit firm/thin but nothing that ruined our stay by any means.

  : The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Pots, pans, dishes, hair dryer, beach chairs, towels etc
  : Needed a 2nd key. The blinds were damaged in the living room and one bedroom.

  : Well maintained, clean, convient parking space. Proximity to beachfront parking lots. Well appointed and nicely furnished apartment and kitchen; utensils etc.
  : Pool is nice, but a little on the small side. Bedroom windows are very thin, you can hear a lot of cars passing by and outside noise.
