  : We have some mixed reviews about this place. Pro's... We stayed 12 days in the Islamorada 3 Bedroom/2 bath unit. It is on the top floor. 2 full sets of stairs to enter. Upon entry it smelled clean. The location was awesome. We had a beautiful gulf view, but no balcony. The beach access was right across the street, which was very convenient. We were about 1/4 mile from the village and we brought our bicycles so it was easy to get there and also to ride to sunset point to see the sunsets. They do have many new bicycles that you can sign out to use for the day/night (must be returned by 10pm) which made it convenient for my son that did not have a bicycle with him, but they are not on site, they are about 1/4 mile walk into the village to pick them up. The resort pool that they offer is also in the same location and it was a beautiful area with a beach walk in access pool, hammock, shower, spa, lots of loungers in and out of the shade & restrooms. Siesta Key also offers free shuttles to get you all around the island, they are tip based so be sure to tip your driver. They have a pay per load, washer and dryer on site on the entry level, a lot of the reviews I read said that the housekeepers were always using them, but I found that they were available most of the time. The unit is very big. 3 large bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. It was fully equipped with household items. It had a vacuum and a dustpan and broom which was helpful, to keep the place clean and plenty of bath towels. We liked that it had an outside shower so that we could shower off before heading upstairs and also rinse our beach chairs. They supply 4 beach chairs & beach towels, which we did not use, we were on a staycation so we brought our own chairs & towels. There is a charge if they do not get returned to the unit, which makes a ton of sense.
  : We give honest reviews of where we stay in hopes that it helps others. I have plenty of Pro's about our stay, but there are also some cons to consider. Cons: The condo needs some major renovation. The floors in the kitchen were swollen and wet, think there may be a leak that they are not addressing. I made sure everyone had something on their feet while walking around, because the floors and carpeting appeared very dirty. We were on the top floor but you can still hear the people below you, walking, talking etc. The carpeting was really stained and appeared dirty in the master. The master bathroom where you enter the shower was all rotted out and looked as if there was black mold build up. It's an easy fix for Beachside Management, so not sure why they don't address this. But, I covered it with a towel bath mat that they provided to appease the eye a bit. The shower also does not have a place for any of your hair and body care, so I had to get clever and used a tray table with a towel on top, just outside the shower. to hold all of our shower items. They really should just put a shower caddy inside the large walk in shower. The Living Room furniture had to be covered with sheets, it did appear very dirty, so we didn't want to sit on it and from reading the reviews ahead of time, I came prepared with extra clean sheets to cover the furniture which made us all feel better about using it. We stayed for about 2 weeks on the top floor, so we had a lot of stuff to move in, it was a pretty difficult move in and out day, as their were 2 full flights of stairs to carry all our belongings. If you cannot tackle stairs, this would not be the place for you. It is a great location as long as you come prepared to make your stay comfortable. I did not take photos of the condo or the furnishings, there are plenty of photo reviews to view from other guests.

  : The washer and dryer didn’t work and leaked on them from the second floor. The lights and ceiling fan didn’t work in living room. They don’t provide you with towels toilet paper garbage bags or paper towels. We were their for 4 days it cost us almost 11,00 to stay 4 days. Every thing is out dated like TVs choches!!

  : Location was misrepresented on the listing. It was pinned about a mile away from the actual unit. Including the pool.
  : It was absolutely Filthy and uncomfortable as well. The entire unit was extremely dated and uncomforable and dirty. I wouldn't walk around without shoes on and it made me uncomfortable to sit on anything. Beds were the worst. I actually had to get an emergency appointment with a chiropractor because my back went out from sleeping on any of the beds. Sofas you could feel steel support bars when you sat. And there was no mention of having to walk up to the third floor to get to our unit. Pictures were of other units - nicer than ours. We left a week early because we were so miserable.
