  : Our hostess, ADA, helped us with everything. The beds were so comfortable, it was difficult to get up and going in the morning. Can not wait to visit again!

  : The location is perfect. Just steps away from all the main attractions.Ada was very helpful providing all the information such as what to eat and things to see.The fresco in the room is very special.
  : Unfortunately the hot water in our bathroom was broken during our stay. It was hot in the beginning and soon went cold and cannot go warm again quickly even when I shut and open it again. I understand it was not Adas fault and she was always trying to help but it was too late at night so she could not call the assistant to help. We end up having a very quick bath. Hope the hot water gets fixed soon.

  : Location optimal for Strade Bianche. Very welcoming staff who were very attentive and helpful
  : Inevitably in Siena parking was some distance from the hotel, but the actual car park was covered and secure. It's not a negative, just a statement of geographical fact.

  : Location was perfect, super central! The customer service from the staff was exceptional!
  : The bathroom floor got pretty soaked after a quick shower, unsure if theres something that could be done to fix this. Not too much of a problem more just a bit of a pain.

  : This place was well situated in the centre of Siena, in a quiet, peaceful street. The room and bathroom was lovely and had all the amenities like a mini fridge, hairdryer, body wash etc. We stayed 3 nights and was absolutely wonderful. We also had such a friendly welcome when we arrived and Ada the receptionist was extremely helpful throughout our stay. When we had difficulty organising taxi's to a castle nearby that we were attending a 2 day wedding event, she went over and beyond to help us out, nothing seemed too much trouble. We were very grateful to her; even one night we got the wrong room as we were on the wrong floor, she saw the funny side of it!

  : Stunning accommodation in the heart of Siena. Outstanding check in experience and incredibly welcoming hosts. The most comfortable bed we stayed in during the whole Italy trip! They accommodated us last minute after the other hotel we pre-booked was so terrible we left after seeing the room. This place in contrast was a welcome surprise. We loved our 1 night stay and would highly recommend it.
