  : The size of the whole apartment was amazing! Very luxurious and the facilities were excellent. The location was perfect for access to the piazza and duomo. Although it was cold outside, the radiators and aircon inside allowed us to enter feeling warm and cosy.
  : No toaster -we managed but it would have been great to have.

  : Everything was great once we were in. A fantastic place to stay.
  : There are a number of apartments and all are using the same entry code. People had already moved in to our designated apartment when we arrived . Only one of the names on the digital system was correct. Our name never showed up in the guest list/system. There was no one answering the telephone number provided and no one in the office at this time. The office remained unmanned during our entire stay. A pity on such a superb apartment.

  : This was a great find. The apartment gave a very homey feel. Location was awesome and very quiet. Walking distance to pretty much everywhere. Duomo only blocks away, central town square a short walk. Coffee shops, great restaurants and shopping all conveniently close. We would 100% stay here again!

  : We stayed in unit 2 on the first floor for 4 nights during the Christmas (23/12-27/12) period. We were able to find a parking spot at Porta Laterina, but these places are very rare (and small) and I think we were lucky. It was easy to find and to enter the apartment (key box). The apartment is nicely located in Siena and all major attractions are within walking distance. The apartment was comfortable, is well equipped with adequate heating, the internet was fine, the beds were good quality and the shower was fantastic.
  : We did not find any information about the breakfast on 23/12 and hence on 24/12 in the morning, we sent a message (Whatsapp) to the contact number and got a reply that they did not answer whatapp messages outside of office hours and we had to call. Then we heard that we had to collect breakfast coupons at the office across the street, which we did. The breakfast was at a bar about 200m from the apartment (4 Cantoni) and the quality was really bad (certainly on 25/12 and 26/12, there was no fresh bread) as this bar is specialised in lunch (so no fruit, yoghurt, eggs, bacon, only relatively fat and sweet breads). In addition, the personnel was quite unfriendly and actually did not want to serve us (they did, because we stayed seated) as they wanted us to pick up our bread and drinks at the bar. Next the housekeeping service did not show up during any of these days (first it was mentioned that it would resume after Christmas, but then it was not supposed to start before the new year) and there were no spare towels, so we had to manage with the one set which was there upon arrival. Finally, the apartment is very noisy. Both the windows of the living room and bedroom face a small piazza and because it is not well isolated, the noises from the piazza come directly into the apartment. This meant waking up every day at 5am when the first cleaning car passes by and one night a man and woman had a loud discussion between 4-5am which woke us up. So in general we just did not sleep very well. In summary, this apartment is not recommended at all and the service from Paradiso Accommodations has just been bad (cashing but without caring).
