  : The fact that I had a room booked for 4 nights and told them I was gonna need the room until the 19th so don't book it and I go to the desk on Wednesday to pay through the 19th and they said they booked my room for someone else. I'm work in the oil fields and spent a lot of money on hotels and yall will never get another penny from me of any of the guys I with.

  : The worker was rude, tried to give me hard time with credit card, tried to change things when all I wanted was a 12pm check out. He made it very difficult for me. Then, he said, he couldn't help me and that it would be up to me and management to have that discussion and then, started to yell at me while I was walking away bc he wasn't making sense or being helpful at all. It was late, I did call and make arrangements and those workers were very helpful and courteous. It was just awful experience checking in.
