: Was upgraded to a 2-bed apartment even though I booked a king delux studio. In a great location, a minutes walk from one of the historic squares.
: Interior and furnishings a bit dated and kitchen could have been better equippednot enough plates, no bowls, not enough cutlery and coffee pods werent replaced

: Great location. The window in the main dining area was beautiful. The woman checking us out on the 15 was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The room was very big. Location was quiet and on a nice little plaza. You could have breakfast or coffee next door. Nice dining area, but they dont serve breakfast-they had a coffee machine and a kettle. The outside of the hotel is very pretty.
: We definitely expected this to be super nice based on the 5 star rating. It was not. The woman working during check in on the 14 of October. Was terrible. On the verge of rudeness. Decor was super dated (was maybe nice in the 80s). Lots of purple and silver painted furniture. The couch looked dingy. There was this long shoe horn hanging on a strange upholstery thing on the wall. Could not open the windows because we faced the street on the ground floor. The towels were thin and the shower head was awful, to close to wall and you bumped the handle which changed the temperature and amount of water. The guest rules were alarming dont take or sell hallucinogenic drugs, dont stand on toilet seat, clean the toilet with the brush.Sibiu has many hotels. I will comeback to Sibiu, but not here.

: - offers no breakfast, though the pictures on booking would lead you to think they offer breakfast- the carpet was stained and both the carpet and the sofa looked dirty- the blankeg over the fresh sheets was also stained, obvs not cleaned up, and the towels were placed on it- even though vintage style, the furniture is dated
