  : Location was perfect for our baseball tournament. Clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was convenient, not great but the pancake maker made my kids happy. The pool and hot tub were nice to keep the kids occupied in between games.
  : No ice on the second floor. The room was cold, sticky and dark. If the air was turned down it was too hot. But the dampness in the air made me feel uncomfortable.

  : My overall experience was good, but the spa wasn't working and that's why I booked this hotel, to use the spa. I could have stayed in a less expensive hotel without a spa. I was very disappointed and I felt like it ruined my trip.

  : My 55th anniversary, I wanted the best room at the place, so I got the king suite with river view and spa jacuzzi tub.1. No river view because there is no river. Instead view of the parking lot.2. Jacuzzi tub didn’t work because the knobs were missing. When I went to front desk they said that all the rooms with spa tubs the knobs were missing,3. We didn’t get the breakfast because it started at 7am instead of 6am. And close at 10am. Due to the fact that they closed the street at the hotel from 7am till 10:30am because of a special event that we didn’t know about . So we had to leave the hotel before 7am or we would have to stay till 10:30am when they reopen the street again. This was the most stressful and disappointing place I ever stayed at!!I asked the clerk to call the manager for some kind of compensation and he said being it’s Friday she was probably home and not to be reached!Also noticed the duck tape on the security door to out building
