  : The restaurant at night was really good with cheap but good wine and nice views on the castle.
  : The breakfast was limited and not very tasty. the receptionist was not able to provide us information about well known touristic attractions.

  : I made the reservation through Booking app. When I arrived at the hotel, after a long day traveling by car, around 2am, the receptionist said that the only two available rooms where not clean and that he only could provide clean sheets and clean towels, but we had to sleep in dirt rooms and we had to change ourselves the beds. The receptionist didnt give us any other option, so we left the hotel and had to find another one, at 2am, to sleep. I would like to note that we had to chose a prepaid reservation (there was no other option on the app) and that it was really a high price. It was the worst experience of my life

  : The restaurant is rather good.
  : Booked their most expensive room. On arrival I was told the room would be ready in 5 minutes. But 5 mins later, the receptionist unconvincingly told me that the room had an electrical problem and we would have to stay in a more basic room for the first night, and I would pay just 3 less. Another receptionist took over and reduced the price by 25. The new room had ineffective air con and lacked cleanliness. It had several metres of large windows but thin curtains, and there were strip lights outside the windows which they refused to turn off til midnight. The room was very bright which made it hard for our 3yr old to sleep. The following morning, after the worst hotel breakfast I have ever experienced, the receptionist confirmed the electrical problem was fixed but said according to their hotel policy it was impossible to transfer to the original room until 11am, even after phoning the manager who was not on site. I asked to speak to the manager by phone, she called again but hung up and unapologetically said she's busy" and shrugged. We packed up and left. This hotel is neglected and the staff have no concern for the inconvenience they cause. The kids pool has a inclined entrance which is dangerously slippery, both me and my daughter fell despite taking good care.
