: No kettle in room would pay extra

Very Poor
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: Location was the only plus of this property.
: Before I booked this accommodation I called the property and enquired about the car park. The call taker stated that the car park was included. When we arrived I was told that you had to prebook and pay extra. We were told that there were no spaces. We paid 200 for a night in the back alley room, next to the smoking yard, without the bathroom or any other basics. There were other people mis/sold also.Staff informed us there was a cash payment only as they had no internet. There were passed out/drunk people sleeping in the bar lounge which we had to pass on the way to our bedroom. The property was dirty, cluttered and noisy. I was speechless how could you charge 200 for such a dumb? We couldn't cancel as it was non-refundable and they had already taken money from my account.

Fair
