  : The room was clean. No problems with cleanliness.
  : They have small 1990's box TVs that you can't see from the bed or couch and unable to move the TV closer cuz bolted down to huge dresser. They don't give WiFi password at check-in, you have to ask front desk.They advertise free all day coffee but didn't have any coffee available from 5am when I have to wake up for work and no coffee pots available for the hotel room so that I could just make my own. The cappuccino machine didn't work my entire stay because was in cleaning mode and never was switched so I could actually use it. My boyfriend said they finally made coffee a little after 7am but I was already at work.Pool was closed and no where was it stated that the pool wasn't working when I made reservations. Absolutely no visitors are allowed to come see you at the hotel while your staying there which is ridiculous because it's not like I can sneak them into their pool or anything because pool was closed. So why does it matter if I have a friend come visit me for an hour while I'm so close by to where they live. I will never stay there again and recommend that you choose any other hotel in shawano rather than this one if you are able to.
