  : half of a villa for your own, own pool, parking spot and barbecue spot. well climatized with own unit for each room (except one of the bedrooms!!!). exceptional view, especially at sundown, ten minute walk to turtle beach, which is very nice for it is not very crowded. in short walking distance you can find some good restaurants. the owner is very helpful and always around. the coffee machine was broken and he instantly replaced it
  : the beds are really hart, so if you prefer soft ones, consider this. no dishwasher, if you expect one. a car is recommended as next cities are not in walking range

  : The view
  : There was constant building work taking place beside the pool, and builders behaving inappropriately. The pool is extremely small and the marketing photos are very, very misleading. The villa needs updating ASAP. There are only 4 sun loungers but sleeps 6. One bed room has no AC. You cannot cook for 6 on the poorly equipped kitchen. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. A car is defiantly needed as the hill is so steep. The villa is not 600 yards from the beach as stated. No stair gate available although in the marketing it does mention one.
