  : This heritage building was absolutely terrible!!!. The pictures represented on the website are fraudulent!This hotel was absolutely disgusting! To the point that we contacted booking.com to complain but I still have not had a response.There was absolutely nothing we liked in this hotel. It was dirty, many things broken, service at the front desk was terrible and when she did help when we asked that the carpet be cleaned before we checked in she crawled on the floor with a vacuum cleaner that didnt work!There was no heat, the portable floor heater didnt work and when asked to have it replaced it was not.The water didnt not run in the bathroom, the door to the adjacent room was not there, there was a think carpet of dust standing 3 inches high under the bed.There was coffee?? Blood? Food stains on the box spring of the second bed which was on a broken worn mattress that a foam mattress cover was added to hide the uncomfortable mattress.There was a young couple with two young children waiting hours in the lobby for their room to be cleaned up their satisfaction before they would move into the room.The host was unavailable many times and we could hear through the door her unmentionable bad language and anger towards someone she was talking to on the phone while in the staff room .

  : It was dirty. Lazy staff. No hot water. The trash was not empty the whole 6 days we were there. Very disappointed

  : No toilet paper in the room. One bath towel for a family of four (we got a suite). Sink had a crack, so water spilled on the floor when it was 1/4 full. Staff were like zombies. Barely responsive, never apologetic, though I will admit that none of us were eaten. Maybe this hotel was cheap by Seward standards, but not by any other standard. The place has a lot of charm (I loved the decor), but they need to get their stuff together.

  : The position is just out of Seward's business centre. The hotel is an interesting old place, with plenty of character. I also liked that the room had a large bench, at a good height where I could put my suitcase, and easily unpack, and pack.
  : The carpets desperately needed a vacuum, especially in the passage ways.The rubbish bins in the public areas were overflowing, the whole time I was there. The place needed a good tidy up, with stuff laying around, that should be put away. There was no water available for the coffee machine when I arrived. When I asked about the water, there was no rush to rectify the situation.

  : It wasnt clean, staff wasnt around the entire time. Told the one person in the morning that I saw, thank you and have a great day. She responded with yep. 10/10 would not recommend. Especially with the price that was paid!
