  : Comfortable bed, located in a great vibrant area of Seville (more residential than touristy)
  : Furniture and apartment fittings were basic, kitchen equipment could use a little refresh.

  : The property was not very clean, there were spills on the wall, the internet didnt work for the last 3 days and even though they mention that there is a bath in the property - it couldnt be used as a bath because was very small.

  : It was clean and comfortable but it was a cold week and there were no extra blankets.
  : When we arrived the booking.com address was where I thought the apartment was, but they had sent me a message with a pin that was 30 min walk away from where I thought I booked the apartment. So our driver from the airport that I booked through booking.com took me to the place they listed on booking.com. And all of my arrangements for activities were then a 30 min walk from the apartment. We were 4 people plus one baby, I made the arrangements for the correct number of people and paid the extra fee for the crib. When we arrived after the long unexpected walk to the apartment tired and ready to sleep we found that we had to make the couch bed and find sheets. If the apartment was scheduled for 4 persons I expect the linens for the second bed to be at least near the sofa couch if not already prepared for sleeping. There also was only a sheet for the baby and no blanket, no extra blankets in the room either so the baby had to sleep in our bed otherwise he would have froze.

  : The apartment was nice and in a good location. The key thing was a pain.
  : It was a confusing check in. The instructions were not clear. There are 2 entrances and one of them has the key to unlock the other. It was a definite pain. I contacted the what's app number and received no response to my question, ever. Also in their home rules they require you to take out the trash to some garbage can outside the apartment complex on some street somewhere. Not happening. This is a hotel type accomodation why would I have to throw out the trash.The electric stove on/off knobs need to be fixed so that they click into place. Thought I turned the stove off only to realize that it wasn't and had to play with the knob a bit.

  : The location. Walking distance to everything. Restaurants, pubs, major attractions. Bed and pillows very comfortable even a second set of extra pillows in the closet. Shower head holder was broken. We called the contact and he immediately sent someone to fix it and problem solved! Water heater too small, 2nd person to take a shower had to wait because warm water finished when 1st guest was still in the middle of showering.
  : Nowhere to plug in electronics in the bedroom, cellphones were recharged one inside the bathroom and the other one in the kitchen.

  : Localization is very good at walking distance from most sightseeing and downtown life of Sevilla
  : Not used to post comments but this one deserve some adjustments. There are 2 entrances address is leading you to the one that doesnt correspond to the description you received. Appartement is in poor condition and would need some refreshing. Be aware you are in the pedestrian area this is really noisy (and appartement) at night also because one of the local resident is getting into a fight every night with young noisy locals returning home from bars. All that to say being in a very nice location doesnt at all justify the price we paid ~300/night
