  : Our stay at the apartment was lovely, our host Edy was very welcoming & made sure our check in was very easy, nothing was too much trouble. The classy apartment was very clean & comfortable for a family of four, and the location was fantastic! I would highly recommend this property.

  : Very beautiful old world accommodation, daily cleaning services. Fully equipped, spacious apartment. Location is superb, many bars and restaurants nearby. Nice rooftop terrace, lots of beautiful sitting areas around the central courtyard. Truly beautiful, and so quiet despite being in the middle of everything
  : There was no communication at all from the management- emails regarding arrival and parking were not answered and phone calls were not picked up either. We found that very unprofessional. We arrived 20 minutes earlier than our expected arrival time, the door was locked and we waited 30 minutes before the receptionist arrived.

  : We felt that the patio could have had more furniture, more decor, perhaps some rennovations. We were disappointed with the laundry facilities and they were often is use by the staff doing sheets and towels.

  : The building and interior decoration of Palacio Marmoles is wonderful. Very thoughtfully executed. I had apartment 1, which is on the ground floor. It has a large bathroom and a small kitchenette. There is a large cupboard to pack your clothes. Edy, is a real gem. He met me and went to a lot of trouble to show me around and explain the quirks, like wonky door locks. You couldn't ask for a more welcoming and nice person. He also helped me with a taxi on leaving. Note that taxis can't get to the hotel, you have to walk around 40m. When you shut the shutters there is no noise from the street. The apartment is very conveniently located to the main attractions, as well as restaurants and a supermarket. The beds are comfortable, lots of nice pillows and a sofa too.
  : The kitchen could be better equipped. It has a small pot and pan, and it would be difficult to make pasta, for instance, just suited to easy snacks. There is no bread knife. There is noise from guests upstairs, moving furniture, and it sounded like a washing machine as well. The laundry area is underneath the apartment, and you hear the washer and dryer going all the time. The front door is slammed by other guests and thus can wake you up when they come back late. There is also an insect problem that needs an exterminator, heaps of ants, and I killed a giant cockroach in the middle of the night, which was gross. The noise could be dealt with by reminding guests not to slam the door and talk loudly after say 11pm.
