  : I liked the location
  : the wifi didnt work upstairs, the a/c had some issues and there was a smell of drains in upstairs bathroom.

  : Very good position in the center city, spacious, clean and everything you need
  : Perhaps...needs some renovation...and AC changed in one bedroom. Upper floor is unberable with high temperature.

  : Great apartment. Great location in Seville with views of the cathedral. Centrally located right near bars, cafes, shops and banks. As it was at the top of the building with a terrace there was not much noise from the bustling city below and not overlooked at all so was very private. Great comms from owner by WhatsApp to gain access to property via codes and key safe. Clean property with Netflix on tv, stunning bathroom and lovely kitchen and sitting room. Highly recommended.
  : Not much to dislike. Hot weather so youre out all day and you can enjoy peacefully late at night on the terrace with a beer.

  : The location was fantastic and loved the terrace but it needs sun loungers, table and chairs for dining and awning/parasol that were mentioned at time of booking and in the safety notices on the terrace.
  : Cleaniness.....cutlery, crockery etc were dirty and we found out when we returned home (due to email going into spam) that current tenants are expected to clean said items prior to their departure. Lack of elevator.....3 flights of stairs with luggage in extreme heat very difficult. Lack of awning/ parasol, outdoor furniture (table & chairs for dining and sun loungers) a real let down. Electricity unreliable, switch frequently tripping and the expectation of the owner for tenants to turn off the air conditioning in the extreme heat was unreasonable and not practical.

  : The apartment is lovely and right in the centre such a great place to explore from and the roof terrace is lovely for a sundowner before heading out to dinner! Loved our time there!

  : Location was excellent, right in the centre of Seville, next to lots of bars and restaurants. Great cafe and restaurant downstairs. View of the cathedral from the terrace was fantastic. The host was receptive.
  : The cleanliness of the property was poor. We complained and the host was responsive and sent another cleaner while we were out but overall the cleanliness wasn't to standard. The property needs some maintenance attention - broken lamp and leak on terrace, air conditioning in bedroom broke while we were there, floor tiles were stained, bathroom looks tired and no wine glasses.
