  : The property is beautiful- a grand stairway entrance. Rooms are really clean and well designed. Bathroom is a good size too with a bath. I asked for a room on a high floor with window and was allocated a nice room. Will stay again. Great location too.

  : The building looked nice from inside (but not the room), the possibility of late check-in if needed, the room had a big closet, a kettle, and blankets
  : We booked a double room with one full bed but got a room with two single beds (I booked 3 weeks in advance and was fully charged one week in advance, so availability plays no role here!). We stayed in room 109. Soundproofing was really bad to begin with, we could hear people moving in the corridor, opening and closing doors as if with us in the room. Out of four spotlights in the room, only one was working, so the room was dark and depressing while awake. After turning the light off to sleep, this single spotlight remained glowing, making it difficult to sleep (poor quality lamp). The beds were not comfortable at all. We discovered a fly in the room (we didn't open the window, it was already there). The soap container in the shower was empty (the one beside the sink contained soap, but both containers were fixed, so one can't manually replace them to have soap while showering). The bathroom door creaked loudly, disturbing each other's sleep when one of us used the bathroom. One of the cups had hair inside, so we didn't use them at all. That was our last night in the whole Spain (actually the last 12 hours) and were hoping to have a good night and happy memory, but our experience in "hotel" Baco room 109 was very disappointing. If this is the quality we get with one week in advance confirmed paid booking, I wonder how would it have been for a last minute reservation! (Further negative points that weren't key for us: the shower is fixed, the room walls were dirty at some parts and needed painting, window is to an inside small yard, AC is central and was a bit loud but acceptable level)
