  : Airconditioning was amazing. The place looked luxurious. There was a kitchen to cook in. The beds were comfortable.

  : Poor communication prior to visit. Had to ask for key code at the airport prior to flight because hadn't been sent, as promised. Arrived at apt, main door to building was open, propped open by a bin. Key code to apt didn't appear to work. In fact key pad didn't work at all. Called helpline and was told I probably wasn't doing it properly!Waited over 20mins in heat for someone to come. They arrived, they didn't have a physical key to override keypad. They went away again, another wait, and came back with a key. Opened apt and it had been 'trashed' all white goods appeared to be missing. Representative didn't know what had happened. No room in rest of apt block so luckily they found another apt locally for me to stay. Trundled off down the road with bags, at this point was almost midnight. Luckily other apt was ok. Next day no one from company called to apologise. I had to chase via booking.com. Rep from company did eventually contact me to say sorry, appears there was a break in? Security poor I would say. Luckily didn't spoil my trip but would never book one of these apts again.

  : Contemporary design, excellent location and more importantly, it has lift!
  : The shower head is bad. Water is weak so it is difficult to wash hair and take bath. Besides, the staff inactivated the main door password earlier than the check out time. I have sent email to confirm that I will check out at 12:00 the day before. We leave the apartment to have breakfast at 11am and we come back to the apartment around 11am something to get our luggage but the password of the main door lock has been inactivated. As our mobile phone only has data and cant make local call, we need to ask some passer-by to help calling the staff to open the door for us. That is what a very bad experience. I think the apartment should improve. Actually, we love this apartment if there is no such unhappy experience.

  : What a GREAT location! And even though we were right in the heart of the old city, the windows when shut kept out all noise.

  : Great location, very spacious, had a washing machine
  : Lots of mould in the shower and in the washing machine. The code for the door didnt work multiple times and had to call the staff for help. Although staff were very helpful in unlocking the doors without too much of a delay.

  : Excellent location! Incredible balcony with a nice view of the city. Bed and pillows were comfortable!
  : Shower water with low pressure and flux. No curtains around the shower, wetting all bathroom. Rotten wood at the sink table.

  : Great location. Nice terrace.
  : Whilst it was great to have a big terrace it was very disappointing to see the furniture on the terrace ripped and with cigarette burns. The table had two legs with missing bits so table was unusable. One of the dining chairs stuck in the corner completely destroyed. The kitchen is so small you can hardly use it because of lack of work space.
