  : The location is amazing, right in the heart of the old town. Close to all the main attractions. Private roof terrace right outside my door was brilliant
  : Apartment was quite small but I was a lone traveller, so not such a big deal. The apartment was on the top floor, so the stairs could be an issue for someone who is less mobile

  : Great location, nice staff, very clean apartment and a comfortable bed. But due to the malfunctioning air conditioner, I was not able to sleep in the bedroom.
  : The air conditioner in the bedroom was malfunctioning, and made a very loud noise about every 40 seconds. I actually had to sleep on the couch which was quite uncomfortable. Also, the washing machine was broken. This is a huge reason for staying in an Airbnb over a hotel. Neither of these issues were resolved during our 4 night stay. I wasnt expecting five star accommodations but I did expect for listed amenities to be functioning properly. I feel like our stay should have been discounted or at least an alternative laundry service offered.

  : Super location, and the apartment was very comfortable
  : Lacked a little bit of a personal touch. Things like enough mugs were on the skimpy side - just a little bit more effort would have made it perfect.

  : Great locatoin in central, a few minutes to the Catedral de Santa Maria, Alcazar, Torre del Oro, Plaza de Espana. Close to restaurants. Guiet room. Friendly and helpful staff.

  : Large cockroachs running through the rooms. Answer of the customer service : 10% on a next stay, because of course, we wish to see cockroachs again nothing to add
