  : The place was clean and in a great location. The only issue was we only had one key and to get out of the building you need a key so we were stressed we can get locked in!
  : To get out of the building you need a key. So when we were checking out we had to leave the key inside the apartment but we cant get out of the building without a key. Thankfully we were 4 people so one of us was holding the door but I dont see how a single person can do that. Also parking was far at least 15 minutes walk with huge bags was not great. Other than this place was great and we had a great time!

  : We were welcomed immediately at the apartment and given a tour, area information map and restaurant recommendations. The apartment has central air conditioning throughout and every amenity you could ask for. The rooftop deck is very nice. It was larger than the pictures indicated and we had a very comfortable stay overall. The area is fantastic, close to shops, bars, cathedral and alcazar.
  : There was some noise until just after midnight from the neighbouring bars.

  : The internet was bad, and the sofa was terrible, extremely uncomfortable.

  : We were not provided with the complete address and had to wait some time in the street and guess that a person who arrived finally in response to our messages was there to check us in. Had to also guess that we were at the correct location as we only had a street name.At check in we were given only one set of keys for 2 couples and were refused a second set.Bedding was too small for the beds and very uncomfortable for sleeping.Only partial Toilet paper rolls were provided and when we requested additional we were told we would have to go to the office to get more. It proved easier to get some elsewhere.Check out instructions were to leave keys in the room and exit. Ground floor exit needed a key to open forcing someone to hold door open while other returned the key to the apartment. A common issue raised by many in the past with no effort to resolve. How hard would it be to place a drop/lock box at the exit door?Not as clean as it could be as we found lots of human hair on the beds and bathroom areas.Every day upon entry to the apartment there was a smell of sewage, which after a bit we got used to. We experienced this in a number of places.Wifi reception on the main floor was good but on second floor and outside patio it was very spotty.We were given instructions to take garbage and recyclables to nearby bins and containers. We could not find any bins near the entrance to the building and as such were unable to comply with the directions.A great location in the heart of the city marred by poor service and insufficient information for check in.

  : Fabulous apartment right in the heart of the city. The apartment was quiet despite being metres from the Main Street in the Santa Cruz area of the city (5 mins walk max from the Cathedral).
  : The roof terrace was a little noisy due to air conditioning units, but suspect this will be the same for most roof terraces in the city.

  : Very beautiful property. Clean and well equipped. In a good location.
  : Too close to the popular destinations so at night you could hear the people/music outside. The kitchen is kind of dark and when we asked about the light above the kitchen table we never got a response from the hosts.
