  : The whole house smelled awful. The bad smell came from both bathrooms' sewages. The property is inside a small alley and difficult to find. We had a car and was told to unload our luggage in a nearby plaza. We asked the host agent to meet us in the plaza to guide us to the property. We were shocked and were told they would not do so. Our group had to split up, passengers were with the unloaded luggages and the driver drove off to a parking structure. Half hour later, the driver reunited with the passengers. The host agent eventually had to meet us at the plaza and guided us to the property. I can't imagine we were dragging luggages and tried to find an obscure door of the property in a winding and interwoven Alleys with street names in foreign language. Meanwhile, the host agent is wasting her time waiting for our arrival. BTW, Google maps will not help in small alley due to incomplete GPS signals. We were thankful she eventually met us at the plaza and guided us to the property.
