: Good location, close to the ciy centre, in a quiet area with plenty of bars and parking space
: They should spend a little bit on maintenace of the premises, I believe: couple of broken chairs, doors that wont close, etc.

: The owner was very helpful already during the booking process. The apartment is easily accessible from the airport or the train station, a bit far from the city center, but that was not a problem for us. The apartment has the necessary equipment, the beds are very comfortable and the three rooms make it easy to separate family members. It is relatively easy to find a free parking nearby (compared to the city center). I would choose this apartment next time.
