  : I liked the location of the property being pretty much between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg.
  : For it being a pet friendly home, there was nowhere for our dog to go to the bathroom directly outside; we had to keep walking him down the street. It wouldve been nice if this was said in the description of the home, the pictures were misleading.

  : The cabin felt like a home away from home
  : The 2nd day I noticed that the brown pillow under the one I slept on had BLOOD stains. There was no attempt to wash those before new guest showed up. Im not sure if the couch and tables were cleaned before we arrived

  : the location was good, pet friendly, lots of windows and a decent amount of space for our small group. the hot tub was nice as well. the Vacasa staff was very quick to respond to our needs.
  : lots of cob webs, the upstairs bed frame is held together with zip ties, stone steps were broken up and there were a lot. the pictures showed steps but the angle it shows in the picture looks like its just the small set of wooden steps you go up. to our fault we didnt realize the fireplace was not a working fireplace so that was disappointing. the upstairs fan and tv didnt work as well. there were also lights out or missing throughout the cabin out but vacasa was quick to respond to that.

  : The views were beautiful
  : It was really dirty, things were missing, there was little to no cleaning supplies. Underwear was hanging from trees and many things through out the cabin were broken. The couch was falling apart, the mattress on the pullout was undressed and covered in pee. There was ripped carpet and dog poo on the deck when we got there. Remotes for the TVs were broken and the pool table was broken. There was dirty underwear left in the drawer from the last tenants. Floor in the bathroom was rotted. The management company that would reach out only sent inactive links and you couldnt reply to the texts they were sending. There was safety issues that made it so our kids had to sleep in the same room as us and when we went to use the air mattresses from the laundry room they had gaping holes. The cabin wasnt as kid friendly as described. House wasnt secured when we got there (windows and doors were unlocked). The broom was covered in animal feces. The whole thing was a major let down.

  : We loved the cabin
  : The hot tub was down 2 days because the fuse was blown. I called at 4:45 and they did not come until Tuesday in the afternoon so the store was closed where they could have gotten the fuse until the next day so hot tub was not fixed till around 1:30 Wednesday.

  : Some of the stuff didn't work like the jacuzzi tub the shower and didn't have any comforters
