  : The lack of information about the location, lack of customer service to try and resolve the problem, I will never book through them again, I almost severely damaged my vehicle due to the listing not having any information about steep grades or long winding roads on very steep grades with no alternative route to the location, then after trying to get ahold of anyone to try and resolve anything I've consistently been put on hold for as long as an hour before the phone call just ending, I've only ever been able to talk to one person at around 1:00am and they don't have control over any kind of refund, and I've even attempted emails directly to the home owner with no reply, a strong forewarning to anyone considering the trip to this location I would reccomend a very stout and light weight vehicle, because an awd hemi Durango will get extremely hot on everything trying to access this location, then if you have any issue you'll have to experience a very slow customer service team, although the lady I've talked to twice at 1:00am has been very friendly.

  : The cabin is beautiful
  : but is extremely hard to find… took us 1 hr driving around. Also requested an early check in- and the guard didn’t have my information at 2pm… when checking out I was getting calls from the owner at 10;20 rushing me out when check out is at 11am ☹️ I sure did not like that
