  : Location was convenient especially with this weekend's snow storm, community was private and quiet, scenery was beautiful from every window and every level with views of the mountain and community pond, home was clean and organized, rooms were spacious and stocked with extra bedding, kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils we needed, bathrooms were stocked with an extra set of towels, fireplace was great, several TVs throughout the home, screened in private hot tub area with interior and exterior access, lower level porch swing was great
  : No top locks or latches on doors to keep small children inside, the pony wall on the loft was not safe (not fully secure), loft shower faucet was falling off of the shower wall, hot tub had gritty residue and grass clippings, main floor bathtub jets seemed to be stopped up and left a rusty residue in the tub, main floor pullout couch had someone else's candy wrappers in between the mattress folds, all mattresses were thin and hard, kitchen sink has a drip, concrete driveway cut was washed out creating a 10 inch drop that could have caused someone major vehicle damage, no wifi

  : the pool table was nice but it was moved over so we have to make an effort not to hit the door. There was room to move it over but signs saying not to
  : No WiFi. not the property owners fault that I didnt read the fine print but the place the cabin was at we also didnt have cell service so it became a safety issue. tried reaching out and couldnt reach anyone from Vacasa or the number of the rental company on the door of the cabin. also the drive way was broken and seemed dangerous

  : loved the location and setup of the cabin. very comfortable, enjoyed the rocking chairs, swing, hot tub and pool table. very spacious
  : the water had a real bad smell and the Wi-Fi was real weak.

  : Loved the cabin itself. Pretty clean for the most part. Beds were nice and clean. Air-conditioning works good. Cozy.
  : There were a few mice, and mouse poops in the pantry and on the matress of the pull out sofa. Absolutely NO cell service or wifi. And 2 of the tvs in the bedrooms did not work.

  : the beds were completely uncomfortable, three of the water faucets are loose, the fan upstairs is loose and dangerous, a wall was poorly patched in the basement, an outlet cover was broken into pieces in the basement, there was dust in many places
