  : We made a reservation for 2 apartments, 1 for our daughter with her husband and two children and 1 for me and my husband. The apartments are spacious although the sitting/kitchen area in ours was rather small. No luxury at all, traditional furniture, but really clean and nice balconies. "Sommer Card" is included.
  : Although we made the reservation quite some time before our actual stay and we asked for 2 apartments close together, they did not take care of that. In fact the apartments were really far apart with lots of stairs, which we didn't like since our grandchildren (5 and 2) could not come to our apartment on their own. When I reminded our host of my preference, her comment was that "it turned out not to be possible to arrange 2 adjacent apartments" although there was one right next to ours... We missed the typical Austrian hospitality we always loved in other accommodations (it was our 6th time in Serfaus). The water in the indoor swimming pool is really cold, so we could not stay in for long with the 2 young children. The road to the village is extremely steep. Of course you can read that in earlier comments but we still did not expect it to be that bad. We figured out an option that was somewhat better.
