  : The location is excellent. The town of Sequim with its restaurants, shops and supermarkets is a mere five minute drive away. The Marina with its excellent seafood restaurant is just a minute away. One can drive to Hurricane Ridge is an hour, and places like Port Townsend are within easy reach.The setting is tranquil and private. The other houses in the neighborhood are barely visible, and we heard no noise from any of them during our four day stay.The house has a streaming TV. Check in and out was quick and easy.The total price was fair given the location and the season.
  : The interior space is poorly broken up. There is a very large open space that encompasses the living room (three couches) and the dining room. In the rear there is a small bedroom, a small bathroom and a small kitchen. The bedroom was quite narrow, thus making it difficult to place night tables on both sides of the bed. In fact, there was only one such table, and it was barely adequate. I needed to use an upturned wastepaper container to serve as a make-shift table on my side. The bedroom lighting was poor, and consisted of a dim ceiling light and a torchiere lamp that was very difficult to turn on and off. In fact, my wife could not turn the switch. Moreover, neither light could be extinguished while lying in bed, so it was impossible to read oneself to sleep. The bathroom was provided with plush towels. However, the shower functioned poorly. There was no hook on which to hang clothes before entering the shower, and the towel bar lay behind the shower door, thus making it impossible to reach when getting out of the shower. It was necessary to use the top of the washer and dryer as a shelf for such items.The kitchen had every imaginable pot and pan, more than we could imagine ever using. But there was no dish washer or dish drainer, and a shortage of counter space made cooking difficult.
