: We paid extra to stay in a "Charme" room and it was absolutly lovely with double aspect views and a wrap-around balconyAll the staff were very friendly and helpful with a high standard of customer service. The room was cleaned each day to a very high standard. The private beach facility was a cut above the rest with good quality towels and fresh water provided on arrival and a good quality restaurant at the beach for lunch.We didn't make use of the spa facilities, but the pool on the beach looked very nice and well managed
: The only negative feedback I would give is that while the bathroom was to a high standard and robes and slippers are provided, they only provided one small tube of showergel a day. This is a very tiny complaint in what was a very high standard and enjoyable stay, but when it's hot and you're on the beach etc one small tube is not enough.
