  : The staff is amazingly kind and available. Breakfast is good, served. Bathroom is very nice. Very nice location, 10 minutes walk from the ferry station to Valletta
  : The elevator is a bit annoying. The room was a bit small, without TV. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

  : The property was beautiful. I enjoyed the breakfast and bedroom/bathroom aesthetic. Decent proximity to attractions. Quite and cozy.
  : We couldnt bring our breakfast to our room. There were days we had to leave early for tours, and didnt have time to come down for breakfast. We were hoping to bring it to our room while we get ready, but we werent allowed to.

  : Snop House is boutique accommodation in every sense of the word. We met the owners who couldnt be more helpful and personable, together with the friendly efficient staff. The Snop House manager Sean, went out of his way to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay and looked after our every need. Its position in the Three Cities is an asset in itself, as its a short walk to Bormla Ferry Terminal where the ferry trip takes only 6 minutes to connect to Valletta.We highly recommend this accommodation!

  : Room was a lovely size and good quality products in bathroom with robes and slippers. Good selection of beers and wine available on roof terrace. Self check in was good.
  : Courtyard for breakfast was on small size and depending on staff on duty choice of breakfast differed. Lift was interesting as had to keep pressing on button and didnt go to roof terrace. Numbers on keypad to get in at night was impossible to see, needed a little light or illuminated numbers. No one showed how to prop windows on closed in balcony . Would have been nice to had explanation in welcome pack. Hubby didnt like that there was no tv in rooms.

  : Located in the very heart of Senglea, very close to the restaurants at the promenade, yet quiet and charming. Breakfast was very nice, the room is excellent.
  : Be aware that there is no TV in the room. It doesnt matter for us, but if you are a TV fan, that could be a problem.

  : The elevator. It is very, very slow, and you need to push the button the whole time; otherwise, the lift stops.

  : Beautifully restored boutique hotel with great attention to detail & extremely comfortable & well-equipped rooms. We loved the location, being in Senglea close to the Valletta ferry & with restaurants, cafes & local shops nearby. Friendly & helpful staff prepared delicious breakfasts for us every day. Very reasonable roof top honesty bar, but sadly the weather wasnt quite warm enough for us to make much use of it!
  : We understand its not the fault of The Snop House but the road & pavement were being dug up directly outside the hotel, causing major roadworks, lots of noise & disruption, including the loss of water one night. It is difficult because if you advise customers of this they may cancel & the hotel obviously dont want that. However we did feel perhaps we should have been forewarned. Hopefully the worst of it is now done & it wont impact the enjoyment of this hotel for future travellers.

  : It smeld that there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. We stayed outside the appartment as long as we could. The house does not have an elevator.
