  : I did not like that my room was not clean. There were hair strands on the toilet (I had to disinfect the bathroom), the shower didnt have curtains, there were hairballs on the floor, and a roach in the room.

  : The elevator has been out of service for months and this should have been noted when I reserved the room. We had to use the stairs and not only us, the workers shouldnt have to work in conditions like this!! I will never stay at this location again. They offer to move us to another room but if that the case I would have to my business somewhere else.

  : Cleanliness was NON existent room and Hotel in general was filthy. I took pictures and sent them to the GM and Holiday Inn Corporate office, but it seems they haver NO problem charging almost $200 a night for a Hotel condition that is worth $40 a night at best and don't even care that their guests are completely unhappy, over charged or that their Hotel was filthy. I took pictures and sent them as well, but I guess that is what they consider acceptable!! Well not for me and I will tell everyone I know personally and on social media about not only my experience, but how lackadaisical and completely unprofessional HIE is!

  : Breakfast was good, located isn't bad but property outside lighting premises very poor with improper security measures
  : Billing eras consisting of improper days of stay, front desk attendant ( Vickie Horn) checked me in on 3-30-24 with a chagre of $204.40 and on 3-31-24 attempted to charge me a total price of $553 at completion of the stay, alledging that she thought I stayed more nights and also stating that she was having a problem while attempting to correct the issue, but appeared to coorect the issue after I stated I was not departing without a proper billing statement and receipt, the isdue here could be one of two things which are incompetence or lack of integrity, Holiday Inn Express in Selma, Al will no longer be considered as a place for nightly or short stays, nor recommendation to Family, Friends, nor associates
