  : The villa looks exactly as on the pictures: splendid view, very private and quiet, well equipped, a quick drive away from the best beaches on Crete. The managing company is doing a great job making you feel welcome and helping with anything you might need during your stay.
  : Management of the cleaning services should be improved, i. e. guests should be informed about the days and time when the cleaning is planned. For now it is pretty intrusive: the cleaning lady suddenly apprears in front of you on the terrace (without knocking at the door or asking if it's ok) and starts cleaning in an inefficient and chaotic way so that it's difficult to predict which room can be used again. It especially concerns the day of departure, when the cleaning should start after the guests have left as agreed with the host. Cleaning when guests are still packing or might want to enjoy last quiet minutes in a beautiful location sends a message "you are overstaying our welcome". The interior design solution when bathrooms are not properly separated from bedrooms are a matter of taste.
