  : I can mention the kids club staff and massage costs its price.
  : Initially we wanted to spend all our vacation only in this hotel because of a lot good reviews but hotel had sold out so we stayed here for some days in the end of our vacation and in another two hotels. I don't know why hotel has so many good reviews but everything is known by comparison. We thank fate that we spent here only some days but not not all vacation. Quite all was absolutely bad here. We wanted to leave hotel immediately upon arrival because it didn't match the description but we had to stay because we had non-refundable reservation. The hotel and room are old and not cozy. The rooms are called suites but on my opinion it is like cheapest standart rooms in another hotels. The hotel has a little territory and doesn't have any territory for walking. The hotel is located not on the first line, you have to go on the dirty street to the beach. The main restaurant has the same menies on the breakfast and lanch all days during our stay , only during dinner we could try different dishes. But quite all dishes were not tasty, and quite often it was fastfood even for kids. Fruits were often not mature. Wine and beer were the chippest from packets, not from bottles. If in our previous Turkish hotels we could drink ordinary Turkish wine from bottles freely without charge, here we had to pay for the same wine very expensive price. The fresh juice was also for money. Water here in main restaurant was from cooller, water from plastic bottles we had to get in bar. And we couldn't get water in glass bottles, hotel doesn't have it. The bar on the beach didn't offer food only cheap drinks and ice scream. By the way about alcohol drinks. The most cocktailes and alcohol drinks were at charge, only some cheapest cocktailes were free, it was made from non-brand vodka and gin. One time we had possibility to visit ala carte restaurant without charge and it was aweful. The menu was short, some dishes were from main restaurant.

  : The evening shows for children and adults were amazing. Breakfast and dinner was delicious with wide variety of food to choose from.
  : The location of the hotel wasn't favourable. The private beach was 200 meters away and not directly connected to the hotel. We selected manavgat instead of kemer to avoid crowd but the beach was crowded. There were several extras not included in the half-board package such as snooker, games, racket and tennis balls etc. No shaving and dental kit were provided on request.

  : The food was amazing! It doesn't matter if you are a vegetarian, vegan, pescetarian or omnivore, you can easily find something delicious. I think that the food is the best thing about this hotel. The only weak point is deserts. They are okay, but nothing special.The rooms are big and clean.Sandy beach, quite shallow, good if you are traveling with kids.It's about one hour drive from the airport, the transfer from the hotel was 50 euro.Aqua park for kids was nice.There is a kitchen in the room if you feel like cooking during your vacation. We didn't use it though. There is a nice walking zone near the beach, if you go there after 8pm you could meet wild hedgehogs.
  : The territory is really quite small.The pillows were quite hard and very big.

  : I really like the architecture and outdoor design. The kids area is very conffy. Kids club, play ground and 2 kids swimming pools are close to each other. Big thanks to the kids club! Our daughters were really involved and excited about some activities and evening disco. At the evening programme we liked only magician show. Food was tasty, not too much, but still big variety.
  : There is a lack of communication between personnel and guests. Till the end of our stay there I was not sure what was free for us and what was extra (never less we have had an "all inclusive" system, but on the realty "Not all inclusive")Some bedsheets were with holes and needs to be changed.Talking about everything programme, that would be really nice to see life music playing as it says at the programme and not just a singer with a background music. Please change matrasses, my back is still herting....
