  : Fantastic and well equipped house with lots of space and everything you might need for a stay out in the country. The outdoor area, jacuzzi and sauna was even better than expected.

  : We enjoyed our time in Selfoss, the destination of this place was secluded and the views were truly beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna time most - sunset as well.
  : That being said, when we arrived to the house our first impression was not good. We are a group of 6 that had been traveling for over 24+ hours at this point, when we walked in you could visibly tell the place looked clearly lived in to the point we thought we went to the wrong house maybe. After confirming we were in the right location, we were surprised that it was left like that but also that no one came to check this before next guests arrived. anyways we simply called the point of contact given and were told they would send cleaners over as soon as possible and sorry that it was an accident. They offered us to drive/go to another one of their locations for a picnic while they cleaned, at this point it was already 6pm we had just got back from grocery shopping to cook dinner so we declined and said we would just wait until they were done to cook as we really wanted to just settle and rest. When the cleaners came, one of them apologized again followed by it happens you know! and while we appreciated them coming right away to have her try to make light of the situation with 6 exhausted travelers was not appreciated. We were additionally asked to still leave for an hour so they could get it done then come back after which we did.7pm at this point the place looked much better. We were able to enjoy a nice sunset, cook a meal together, use the sauna and hot tub which were all things we really wanted to do at this spot. We were surprised no one followed up to check in again or ask us the next day how it was going - we took pictures of what this place looked like when we arrived (will attach if possible) At the minimum, we expected to be reached out to/compensated in some way as we were not able to actually stay in our place until 3 hours after our supposed check in time. Overall, though the location was beautiful we would likely not stay here again based on how this situation was managed and handled afterwards.

  : location is an isolated cottage overlooking beautiful landscape. There was a hot tub, that we used, and a sauna room. it has washer and dryer, which was great.
  : nothing in particular to mention.. the 4pm check in was something I didnt like. Some places in Keflavik have a check in time of 3 pm.
