  : The place is big and decent. I liked the food as well! The staff were nice
  : I think the pool was colder than it should be, and even tractors are provided, it is somehow inconvenient to go down to the beach each time as tractors obviously are not there every moment.

  : Fabulous outside spaces with nice flowers. It is the second time that we visit the hotel. It is the best place to walk around the rooms many times in the day. The pool is nice.
  : We stayed at room number 3066. The price for September 2023 was 250 per night. The view was terrible. I dont know if we took the worst room because we booked with booking.com but I tried to find a room with worst room and I couldnt find one. The pool for children are open only a few hours Avery day.

  : Entertainment team were amazing.The waiter in the bar upstairs was incredible, so friendly, always remembered your drink - felt like you was in a 5* with the serviceCleaner was so lovely - always happy and smiling and always cleaned our room beautifully with clean towels every day.The trolly ran every 15 minutes from the beach all the way up to the slides which was great.Arrived really late and reception had a good bag put to the side for us.
  : The barman by the pool in the evening would often refuse to serve you unless you tipped them.The photographer, salon & tattoo guy would hound you daily.The shop in reception was never open and the price was the biggest joke! Never have I seen prices like it.The main restaurant food was ok. Repetitive and sometime struggled to make a meal. (Beach bar at lunch was better)3 lifts is nowhere near enough for a hotel that size.Our room was a junior suit - yet had damp that made us ill and hugely effected my asthma yet they wouldnt move us.The room needed some work and wasnt at a 5 or 4* standard.Our toilet constantly ran water and our aircon leaked.Lighting isnt great either.Taxis you can sometimes wait up to 40 minutes and then people just jump in your taxi anyway.We was there low season and still not enough sunbeds - to the point a woman actually punched me in the face over one for her child that my fianc was sat on.Didnt book any ala cart as everyone who went said how bad it was

  : Specialty restaurants were as good as expected. Tea is served all day. Close to major ancient sites.
  : The hotel is in need of major renovation. Private beach looks good but the water is not clear, better beaches in the region.
