  : The location, close to the Abbey and town centre.
  : The owners didn't tell us they were doing renovations and the boiler was broken, it was cold, however, the cleaner gave us a space heater which made it a bit more comfortable. Not in any hurry to return.

  : It was clean and had all fittings, tea, coffee etc. Staff very helpful.
  : The window didn't close and the strip blinds had one strip missing so light came into the room. As in many lodgings the shower head was poorly fixed and sprayed in several directions. An easy fix!!

  : Room only basis. Great location. Facilities and assortment of sachets/milk/coffee to enable me to have a few drinks. Room comfortable and sufficient for me as a long traveler. Nice clean room and en suitebathroom. Did have a bit of trouble finding it due to the online map I used giving the location wrongly. Location was great for my visit in the evening to see a show at Selby Town Hall. Minutes away from Selby station too so also ideal.
  : On first arriving I did need a couple of attempts to find my room (room 5) at the top of the building. On my first attempt I could not find any rooms beyond room 2. I didi find the room on my next attempt, but it was not an obvious route to me anyway, so perhaps some extra signage of the route through to the upper floor rooms might be useful.
