  : The hotel is located near the major routeways north to south but is actually in beautiful quiet countryside. Its a traditional building and our room was on the second floor. The bed was comfortable, everywhere was very clean and the evening meal was better than excellent!
  : The room was rather hot and didnt have air conditioning or a fan and the breakfast was rather basic, with little choice.

  : it was just where we wanted to be for the two nights with a good restaurant and a bonus was getting my finger gently bandaged by the lady behind the desk who I think was the manager after I had gashed it quite badly.

  : If the hotel had been open and occupied it could have been very nice.
  : It was closed including shutters when we arrived at booking in time. We had to call for someone to let us in. We were given the code to the door and our room key and was left alone until 8 am the next day with only a small bottle of water between the two of us. We were expecting an evening meal only to be told not on a Sunday. There was nowhere open to get a meal. The owner did not think we had anything to me disgruntled about.

  : Parking was secure and there were pleasant grounds around the hotel. Dinner was nicely presented. Our room was comfortable and clean.
  : The location was problematic in that the address supplied was not adequate to find the hotel. This was surprising given that it was a relatively small town. We spent 30 minutes looking and asking local people. We eventually discovered that we needed a further name for the locality. On arrival, the wi-fi was down and we were told we wouldn't be able to pay by card - not ideal. Breakfast was rather limited compared with other hotels. Eventually we were able to pay by card.

  : good location but no address for the property given on your website. had to make enquiries in the town as to its location. Tried to use get directions on your website but it told us it didnt have directions for the hotel
  : lack of directions to the property and breakfast was very slanted. Evening meal very good tasty and well priced
