  : The apartment is comfortable, shower is good with very hot water. Kitchen well equipped. It has a private parking spot, which is very convenient. However, the ad says there is space for 5 people but there are two bedrooms hosting 4 people and the fifth would sleep on a couch (not sofa-bed). Luckily in our case we were only 4... it did not look comfortable for a fifth.
  : No wifi/Internet during our whole 4 nights stay. We told the host but he did not fix it. The host does not speak any English, only German. But the most troubling issue was that we agreed to change the dates after reserving through Booking, and the host confirmed the price was maintained for the new dates, although we had to pay in advance via bank transfer. We did so, and he confirmed receipt of the correct amount. But he never sent us any invoice, or confirmation of the reservation with the new dates, any document whatsoever. We trusted as he seemed nice and flexible. When we were there we were suddenly requested the payment as he had forgotten that we had already paid. In fact he also requested us an additional amount of almost 20%. He was unable to provide us with a decent explanation. He mentioned the cleaning fee, also the taxes, then that we were staying an additional night (because he wrote down 5 nights but in fact we only went 4 nights and told him in advance, etc.). We paid to stop the discussion but I still do not understand what happened. Not to mentioned that he did not provide any receipt or invoice even after. VERY UNPLEASANT. It is really a pity because the apartment is nice and comfortable, but the trip was ruined because of the lack of professionalism and the bad faith of the owner/host of this property.
