  : It was a comfortable, unique property in a good location. 10 minute drive to most of the local and tourist areas which was pleasant. The Property itself is nicely furnished and has all the amenities you will need for a great stay.
  : Nothing, everything was great!

  : loved the view all around the property. it was easy to find and beautiful from the inside. Warm, cozy and relaxing mode.
  : minor- didnt know how to close certain blinds and some of the remotes didnt work.

  : very bad communication. I called to inform that the Wifi was not working, they stated the owner was not avail and that i would need to use wifi next door at the resort and or go to starbucks, this is very unacceptable. I was then inform after my second or third call that i would be receiving refund for the inconvenience. i never received that nor did i receive a call or text back with any updates. After i have reached out multiple times. i still would get the same response " someone will be getting back to you". Again NOTHING. I should not have to be the one reaching out when this something i paid for and didnt receive. Also i sent pictures to a agent a Vascasa showing that both bathrooms the showers and tubs backed up with gross black dirty water then the master bedroom the TV didnt work. I would never recommend or come back to this home again. Vacasa is very unprofessional in the way they are handling this. Its been 2 weeks from my visit and still have not received a call, text or Refund. IM VERY UPSET

  : The upkeep on the property was awful. entranceway was dirty, and the patio, barbecue didnt work, blinds were pulled off the wall or ripped, sinks did not drain and screen doors were off. The whole facility could use a lot of work to get it in shape, pictures are very deceiving. Booking said we would receive one nights credit, we never did.

  : There wasnt any breakfast. The location was the best part about the house.
  : It wasnt as updated as I thought it looked like in the pics. And, the commode in the guest bath got stopped up and we couldnt get it unplugged.

  : Location of the property is perfect -- beautiful views from the windows and central to all spots in Sedona and beyond. We loved the concept of the desert seventies decor and really appreciated the fact that you could park in a spot that was covered to shade from heat or rain.
  : Unfortunately we were welcomed with only a partly-cleaned home but Vacasa sorted this out quickly. Unfortunately the coffee pot had some old coffee in it without a filter. There were some fundamental experiences in a vacation home that were disorganized or missing -- shampoo only in one bathroom and pantries that were difficult to navigate for items etc. for example. We wish there had been somewhere to sit in the yard as well.
