  : Home was well decorated, beds were comfortable, livingroom was great for 5 or 6 people( we were just 4) , nice dining table with view within kitchen. Owner was very quick to respond with our couple questions. He is definitely very professional and takes his role seriously. New higher end W/D a big plus. Nice gas cooktop and large fridge with ice maker within. Kitchen had many items: lots of spices, coffee, sugar, flour. Lots more but I didn't use them. Very convenient location. All owner asks is to let him know what is low/in need of repair or replace and to get the trash to the curb on time! FYI, no cable so you need your own Netflix/ Prime/etc. Hot tub looked great but we didn't get to use it. ***Walk 2 blocks to Laylas Bakery for the BEST cinnamon rolls and coffee. All their food is great. Famous Pizza next door has good sausage pizza too and a great lunch special! Online pictures are representative of the property. A review talked about having to be quiet. Were were 4 adults( parents and young adult children) so not blasting a boombox anyway. Is a quiet family area (like most in Sedona) so if your looking for a place to be loud and drunk it's not for you. Rent something not as nice and well kept.

  : This was a very attractive spacious 3 bedroom property; all bedrooms had lovely decor and nice light. The view out the cathedral ceiling in the living room was wonderful red rock. The kitchen was well equipped and it was so easy to access the property. Locations was fabulous. There was a plentiful supply of extra towels and linen. Very well supplied place. Lots of space to park. The host responded to issues rapidly and left thorough instructions on how to use TV, hottub etc. but not washing machine.
  : The house was reasonably clean except the kitchen where some dishes could have been washed better. The master suite's king bed was a bit saggy (it could be a matter of taste as we prefer a firmer bed). The shower was small and the floor a bit slippery with a large tub; again we prefer a shower so for us that was not ideal. Our friends felt the shower pressure in the other bathroom was inadequate. There were no sponges in the kitchen, a small issue but annoying and when the cleaners left sponges for us on day 3 they were cheap and inadequate. The negatives were pretty minor.

  : The Sunset House is in the perfect location for Sedona. So close to the best hiking trails, and great grocery/restaurant options close by. Due to covid, we cooked for almost every meal and the kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was the best amenity, and was great for post-hike recovery! Having laundry available was also an added bonus. The host/management responds very quickly to any question or need.
