  : Location to the airport.
  : The location was the only thing. It only good for a few hours ,shower and rest for an early morning flight. Outdated everything. I mean everything. When they say you pay for what you get. . Glad I didn?t pay any more than I paid for one night.

  : Breakfast was fine (what we expected really) although there was limited or no amounts of items. People tend to be over zealous in taking things. The area was clean and pleasant and staff were doing their best in managing or controlling food frenzy people.
  : The front handicap access door didnt work and should definitely be seen too immediately. There were an abundance of seniors using the front door ramp and were frustrated with the fact it didnt work!!

  : Tanya at the front desk was amazing. She greeted every person as they came through the front door. Any time we had an issue, she addressed it immediately. The other front desk people acted as if I was interrupting them. Well, for one girl I was as she was constantly on her cellphone texting.
  : Lobby and rooms were clean. Stairwell in the middle of the building was filthy. Black particles all along the railing against the wall. Two minutes with a cleaning rag would have taken care of it. Elevator was scary to ride. Took the stairs after that. Water temperature constantly fluctuated between scalding hot and cold in the shower and sink no matter what time of day we used them. Pipe broke in the ceiling of our bathroom so water was leaking all over the bathroom. Tanya immediately came to our room to see and then put us in a new room. Breakfast offerings consisted of rubber "scrambled" eggs, "sausage" that was formed not actual links, bagels, bread, muffins, cereal, and juice. No cream cheese for the bagels, only butter or jam. Very disappointing. 7-11 has better breakfast options.The hotel is in the process of "upgrading" their property with new flooring and bathroom fixtures. They should consider investing in a good plumber and fix those issues first.

  : I booked because I needed a shuttle to the airport at 4 am. When we arrived at the airport we were dropped of at the parking garage rather that at our individual airline entrance. A long walk dragging luggage. I would not have booked had I known this was your policy.

  : The room requires an upgrade.Also, renovation shouldn't be allowed, while guest are at the hotel.
