  : It was clean and close to family that we were visiting.
  : I didnt like the fact that when we booked the hotel there was no mention that it was a cashless venue. We had taken US money so that any charges would not be put on our credit card as being from Canada we would be paying a lot more because of the exchange rate. Not impressed with that.

  : This hotel was, as they say, above my pay grade. I don't know if I've ever stayed in a hotel this nice before but the price was right on. We had a 'suite' with 2 TVs and a lot of seating and a super comfy bed. This was our last night of our long road trip so it was great to be able to sprawl out all the bags and suitcases for organizational purposes and still have room to spare. Internet was fine, TVs were nice. We wanted to stay close to the zoo and this was perfect.
  : Didn't provide things like lotion that aren't necessary of course but appreciated when they are available (and you forgot to pack lotion). The parking elevator could sometimes be slow, and having to pay $20 for parking is a little annoying.

  : Not close to Link Lift as told by hotel staff. Told it was an 8 minute walk. Closer to 30 minutes! Would have made other arrangements from airport. Imagine 6 senior citizens pushing luggage up an incline for a half hour in 80 degree weather! When I complained to the manager instead of compensation.. he said he couldnt help us. The advertised restaurant was also closed! Terrible experience!

  : Parking and unclear where to park for registration. Spaces too small. Was told Sunday night bistro would be open for breakfast. It wasn't. Expensive.
