  : It was basic but clean inside.
  : You have to access via a lock code which is awkward to use and held together on inside by cardboard. There is an alleyway to actual flat door that is littered and dark. This leads on to other businesses and flats. Not safe If travelling with children was intimidating and quite scary. I refused to stay with my children and when explained to owner the situation they were not helpful or understanding at all. Ideal for contractors etc but definitely not for families.

  : Couldn't even get into the apartment
  : Arrived as discussed to check in around 11.30pm. Key pad on the door would not work as instructed. Tried for 45 minutes using the numbers given to us by the staff, and then tried different ways on the same combination. We could hear the locking mechanism click but the door wouldn't open. There was a light on inside the doorway but not on the patronising video sent to me the next day by the staff. I can only assume someone staying in the other apartment slid the lock shut. We had to sit in the car whilst trying to book a hotel and taxi. Was not granted a refund even though it was obvious we hadnt even entered the property. My advice would be make sure the key pad cannot be locked from inside. By the way I have to enter through 6 of these at work so yes I do know how to use them!

  : The properly cancelled on us at 2pm on the day only rang us once which I missed then cancelled threw a message discussing customer service we were st the propery earlier as we wanted to see were we were staying before hand and the back garden was dirty and full ov old rubbish aswell took my payment and I'm now trying to get a refund as it wasn't us who cancelld
