  : The original beach house we booked was absolutely atrocious! I talked to the owner and he gave us a room at the motel instead.
  : The beach house was very run down. Holes in the walls and the floor was completely rotted and soft to step on. The stairs leading down to the door were broken and the landing was a rotted wooden pallet. The air conditioning units are definitely not cleaned, they were covered in black mold and dust. The whole place smelled of mold and cigarettes. The kitchen was different appliances than the pictures and much older and I wasn’t sure if they would have even worked. The motel room he gave us was an upgrade but still absolutely NOT worth the insane prices they charge for the run down and out of date rooms.

  : The place needs a lot of work. Broken front window,wobbly and leaky toilet, awful shower with hazardous drain, warped walls, floors soft and more.

  : Well all for having the comfort of home. We had a stove that didn’t work. No pots or pans, no dishes or silverware. Bathroom the drain pipes where horrible. Bedroom - door was broke when you tried opening it was spit at the bottom of the door. Back of the door it looks like someone punched it. Bedroom- needed to have an extension cord to hook up the air conditioner. Living room - window smashed. Door handles getting into the apartment wore rusted and hard to open.
