  : What breakfast? We had to get breakfast at the place across the street which was mentioned in the ad for the hotel. Turned out to be a boardwalk take out place with minimal seating, very loud middle eastern music. Food was overpriced and not good. Hotel ad implied that it was a breakfast restaurant place. Hotel was very clean! Once I found someone in the office. Check in and out was very efficient.
  : 1) staff was non existent when we arrived. We arrived early and I called hotel number and got a woman I could hardly understand who sounded like she was in her living room, and was told that we would have jotel parking available to us. When I finally tracked down someone after about a half hour, I was told about parking across the street. Turns out the space I parked in wasn't "their's. Apparently only some spaces along the fence in the parking lot were for the hotel. It was very confusing, we parked in the dpacr they told us to, and my mother hasn't gotten a ticket for parking there! Also, we were like 3 minutes late in getting out of our room, and the clean up crew was literally hovering outside our door making us feel very uncomfortable because it felt like they were passed at us. Staff was not very friendly. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If they could get better organized and communicate more clearly, the room was small, but clean and comfortable, then I would probably recommend the place.

  : We arrived at 8:30 to check in after confirming we would arrive at 8:30. We had to wait for someone to show up at the desk. Finally we checked in. After lugging all of our stuff across the street and up half broken steps, we start to get our kids ready for bed. We begin to see bed bugs in and under the pillows and sheets. By 9:15 we are reloaded in our truck and dragged our kids out of there for health and safety concerns. We go to return the key and there is no one to be found. We left the key and drove another half hour to find a clean and safe place for our kids to stay. The next morning we called to ask for a refund and explain our situation and we were told that we could not have a refund as we stayed there that night. We were there for under 30 minutes. Once we found bugs and filth we were out. There is no excuse to not refund us for the entire amount that we paid for the 3 nights we intended to stay there. My son has been sick for 3 days, probably from being in that room for 30 mins. Disgusting and pathetic.

  : VERY old and badly in need of an update Location was loudBeach tags were supposed to be included, but owner refused to honor that, even though that policy changed months AFTER the room was booked. Property owner refused to return calls. I pursued this with booking.com and no one bothered to contact me.

  : The size, you could not open the door without moving the bed. There were tissues under the bed, hair on the floor and sand in the sink. Expected a little more for the price.
